And the second phase of Sharing Warmth has been completed successfully at Chilmari, Kurigram district. We reached out the truly marginalized people of the district where people usually don't go. The Char people, who earn their daily bread mostly only day labor and work hard to the bone, they find too less penny to buy some warm apparels. Thanks to the Almighty as they were seen smiling after getting the warm clothes and blankets. The smiling is so precious to be noted.
The volunteers and organizers showed up with tireless enthusiasm to share the compassion, the root of all happiness and peace. They were able to reach out around 2000 people with warm clothes and blankets in three different places of the district. One of the places was a school for disabled where some 97 physically challenged students and children were given the clothes. The volunteers shared some happy moments with the differently abled.
