"Holistic Development in Students" is a SAYS Young Fellowhsip Challenge Research Project in India organized by SAYS India Team, supported by BloodPORT. The Team is lead by Miss Srishti Dixit as a part of the SAYS Young Fellowship Challenge 2015-16. The major objective of this research is to figure out if only academic training is enough for students’ holistic development. The research addresses the focus areas that includes (not limited to) Learning in primary grade students (in English, Mathematics), Learning of computers and some sort of vocational training, Attendance and presence in classrooms, Discipline, Participation and performance in co-curricular activities.
